Service scope
NexaGrowthPro provides software, AI-assisted drafts, review workflows, lead tools, dashboards, and administrative features. Search rankings, review counts, lead volume, and revenue are not guaranteed.
Payments
Plans are prepaid per location. Setup fees are separate. Renewal is attempted one day before the period end. Services stop at the end date if payment remains incomplete.
Acceptable use
Customers must not upload medical records, diagnoses, treatment details, card data, unlawful content, or contacts they are not permitted to message.
Customer responsibility
Business owners are responsible for staff invitations, permissions, content approvals, contact consent, Google review links, and information supplied to the platform.
Cancellation and data
Customers may cancel from Billing. Data remains inactive for 90 days before export or deletion. Hard deletion is irreversible.
