Data deletion instructions
Clear instructions for disconnecting social media accounts and requesting deletion of NexaGrowthPro connected-platform data.

Disconnect social accounts
Sign in to NexaGrowthPro, open AI Marketing Studio, go to Social Connections, then choose Disconnect beside Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube. This removes the stored connection token in NexaGrowthPro and prevents future publishing attempts from that workspace.
Remove social destination data
Disconnecting a platform marks the social connection as revoked, deletes stored credentials, and keeps only limited audit details needed to prove the account was disconnected. Customers can reconnect later with a fresh OAuth authorization.
Delete generated marketing assets
Approved AI Marketing Studio videos are stored for 60 days and can be downloaded before deletion. Rejected drafts are deleted after 28 days. Customers can also request earlier deletion through support.
Request account data deletion
Email support@nexagrowthpro.com from the account owner email and include the business name, connected platforms, and the deletion request. We may verify authority before deleting records.
What may be retained
NexaGrowthPro may retain limited billing, security, audit, opt-out, fraud-prevention, tax, or legal records where required or permitted. Social access tokens are removed when a customer disconnects a platform.
