Privacy Policy
How NexaGrowthPro handles business, account, contact, lead, billing, integration, AI, and platform-security information.

1. Information we process
NexaGrowthPro processes account details, business and location information, staff memberships, subscription and payment records, support activity, review-contact name, phone, email, appointment date, source and message status, leads, private feedback, content drafts, integration status, usage records, audit events, and information submitted through public forms, widgets, chat tools, and connected services.
2. Information we do not request
Customers must not upload medical records, diagnoses, treatment notes, payment-card numbers, government identifiers, passwords, or other sensitive information that is not required for the service. The secure payment provider processes card details directly. NexaGrowthPro does not require card numbers to be placed in business records, uploads, support messages, notes, or forms.
3. How information is used
Information is used to authenticate users, manage business workspaces, provide subscribed features, deliver review requests, manage opt-outs, operate lead and chat tools, generate AI-assisted analysis and drafts, calculate billing, tax, usage, and renewal amounts, produce reports, support customers, prevent abuse, monitor security, troubleshoot issues, maintain audit logs, and improve service reliability.
4. Consent and customer responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the required authority and consent to upload, store, process, and message their contacts through NexaGrowthPro. Customers must only upload contacts they are permitted to contact and must comply with applicable privacy, anti-spam, consumer protection, and platform rules. Review requests, emails, SMS messages, and other commercial electronic messages must include required sender identification and opt-out or unsubscribe options where required.
5. Service providers and integrations
NexaGrowthPro may use hosting, database, payment, email, SMS, AI, calendar, analytics, authentication, and Google platform providers to deliver requested features. Only information needed for the relevant function is shared or processed. Connected providers process information under their own privacy terms, security practices, data-processing rules, and customer-authorized configuration. Some providers may process or store information outside Canada.
6. AI-assisted processing
Approved business content, website information, customer-provided business details, report data, chat context, and submitted instructions may be sent to configured AI providers to create surveys, suggestions, drafts, chat answers, SEO ideas, report summaries, or quality checks. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete and should be reviewed before relying on, sending, or publishing it. Customers should not submit sensitive personal information into AI prompts or content fields.
7. Social account connections and tokens
When a customer connects Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube, NexaGrowthPro stores the minimum connection information needed to show the selected destination account, validate upload/publish readiness, refresh or reconnect where supported, and publish only customer-approved content. Access tokens or credentials are protected and are removed or invalidated in NexaGrowthPro when the customer disconnects the platform. NexaGrowthPro does not use social connections to read private messages, manage ads, scrape followers, manage comments, or take full control of social accounts.
8. Review contacts, messaging, and opt-outs
Review-contact information is used to send review requests, track message status, manage eligibility windows, and prevent unwanted follow-up. SMS STOP requests, unsubscribe requests, and Do Not Contact records must be honored. If a contact opts out, NexaGrowthPro may retain limited information needed to remember and enforce that opt-out.
9. Cookies and session technologies
Essential cookies and similar technologies support authentication, selected business location, session security, account routing, fraud prevention, and application functionality. Non-essential analytics, advertising, or tracking technologies should be used only when enabled and when any required consent has been obtained.
10. Retention and deletion
Records are retained while an account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to support export, recovery, billing, tax, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal obligations, and audit requirements. Cancellation does not automatically delete all records. Permanent deletion requests require identity and authority verification and may exclude records that must lawfully be retained or are needed to enforce security, billing, legal, or opt-out obligations.
11. Security safeguards
The platform uses role-based access, row-level security, server-side permission checks, secure session handling, restricted service credentials, encrypted or protected integration credentials, signed webhooks, audit logs, input validation, rate controls, private storage policies, and HTTPS. No security method can guarantee absolute protection.
12. Access and correction
Account owners can review and update core business information in the application and may request exports, corrections, archival, or deletion through support. Requests may require identity verification and proof of authority over the business account. NexaGrowthPro may decline, limit, or delay a request where permitted or required by law, security obligations, billing records, fraud prevention, or audit requirements.
13. Children and unauthorized use
NexaGrowthPro is intended for business use and is not directed to children. Customers must not knowingly submit personal information from children unless they have the legal authority and consent required to do so.
14. Changes to this policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated as the service, laws, providers, and security practices change. Material changes will be communicated through the application, website, or account contact information. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means the updated policy applies.
