Add review contacts manually, upload a validated CSV, connect Google Calendar, or use the location's unique webhook with Zapier, Make, or compatible software. Website auto-editing is not enabled in version one; AI produces reviewable drafts and implementation instructions.
The AI Site Survey scans the plan's allowed number of website pages, finds competitors, groups keywords, identifies missing service or location content, checks conversion friction, and prepares a draft. The owner or admin can approve it or explain what should be improved.
Enabled appointments can trigger a review request one hour later, subject to quiet hours, opt-outs, the six-month cooldown, link expiry, subscription status, and usage limits. Leads, content drafts, reports, and activity appear in compact dashboards and monthly PDF reporting.
