Open the reporting period
Review the report list for your business. The period and report type make it clear which update you are reading, rather than blending different months into one unexplained total.
A clearer view of the work
Bring available review, content, lead and local-growth activity into readable reports, with a clear reporting period, delivery status and next priorities.
Your business. Your information. Your decisions.

The opportunity
When review activity, content work and inquiries live in separate places, a monthly update can become a collection of unrelated screenshots. Reports & Analytics helps bring the available information together so you can understand what happened during the reporting period and what your team should review next.
The reports workspace shows report history, period and delivery information, along with an available AI summary. This is different from a promise that every connected platform provides every metric. A report can only reflect information that was stored or available to the workflow; missing data should not be treated as proof that nothing happened.
From understanding to action
Review the report list for your business. The period and report type make it clear which update you are reading, rather than blending different months into one unexplained total.
Use the report and its summary to understand the stored metrics and completed work included in that update. Review the underlying workspace when a number or activity needs more context.
See whether a report is available in the dashboard and whether email delivery is recorded. Download actions are offered for reports whose status permits them, not for every unfinished item.
Take the reviewable findings back to Reviews, Content, Leads or the relevant growth workspace. Where permitted, resend an available report to the configured business email for follow-up.
What you get
Business-specific reports with an explicit reporting period, type and current status.
A concise explanation attached to the report when a summary has been generated and made available.
Dashboard access, eligible report downloads and a resend workflow that makes the delivery result visible.
An owner reviews the available monthly report, checks open customer issues in Reviews and compares recent inquiry activity in Leads. The team chooses a follow-up priority instead of assuming that a content post caused a sale. The example illustrates a review process, not a revenue attribution claim.
Reports are scoped to your business and the permissions available to your role. A summary supports your judgment; it does not replace checking the underlying evidence. Download and delivery actions depend on the report's status and the account's access.
Before you get started
Reporting access depends on the active plan and role. Report contents depend on available stored data, the integrations in use and the selected reporting period. An unavailable metric is not a verified zero.

Not by themselves. Activity and inquiry information should not be presented as verified sales attribution without an actual supporting data source.
Download access depends on the report's workflow status. An unfinished or unavailable report should not be shown as ready to download.
The workspace provides a report history with period information and a load-more path for additional available reports. What you can access is limited to your business and permissions.
